Vertical Petroleum Industries (VPI) was founded in 2016. It was created by Dan Sauer, an oil developer in Ardmore, Oklahoma. VPI is in the business of purchasing oil and gas leases, hiring licensed operators and geologists, and performing all legal work, marketing, and capital fundraising required to drill oil and gas wells for tax advantages and profit. The Bonanza Development begins VPI’s 27th drilling project. Given today’s oil environment, we believe the wells on the Bonanza lease will generate potential returns of 3 to 25 times the historical S&P 500 making it the most profitable project in VPI’s history.
